Often rocks are too large to be economically moved and worked on. For these projects we send our mobile crew to the location. Landscape rocks can be etched right on site. The decorative stones most easily worked on will have a smooth surface. If the face of the stone is too rough then applying the sandblast mask become difficult or impossible in which case the project can not be completed. The rougher the surface of the stone the larger the lettering and design must be. Having too small of lettering or design on a rough surface will result in the loss of clarity.
